Great staff. Our check in was easy with a young man who spoke very good English. He helped us order an Uber and taxi also assisted us in ordering online tickets to the mosques and cistern.

Great location, best example of Turkish hospitality and a wide variety of breakfast options. A big standout is the cleanliness of the room, a hallmark of Turkish hotels. Having traveled extensively in the US, some of the best hotel chains fall short on cleanliness of the rooms. Very much appreciate this aspect of my stay.

Location is excellent. It's in the heart of the tourist center but at the same time away from loud streets Despite some comments that breakfasts are mediocre, I actually found the food pretty good. The location nearby hotel is very alive with a lot of cafes, restaurants and sweets and souvenirs shops Also the view from the terrace breakfasts are taking place is amazing, you can see Bosphorus from there Staff was very nice in general There were also some cats hanging out in the hotel lobby, i like cats so that's a plus

Very good location; near to the 2 landmarks & restaurants everywhere! Surprisingly, noise level was not too much considering just how many restaurants there are.

I love how easily convenient it is located. Many tourist attractions are very close by. The staff is exceptional! Has amazing hospitality, kindness, and extremely welcoming. I have never stayed at a hotel this nice. The breakfast is amazing with many, many, many options. Sitting on the terrace with the view of the blue mosque. Front desk is very caring and helpful. We got the family room for 4 people and it was more than enough for us. At night it is very peaceful and quiet. You can get all your sleep in. Highly recommend booking this place. You will not be disappointed.

Location was perfect. In the "touristy" area, Sultanahmet, but I recommend staying here for Istanbul first-timers. Lots around this area that isn't necessarily obvious from walking outside (e.g. rooftop terrace bars/restaurants, local taverns 2-5 mins walk away closer to the sea). Hotel did the job, a bit on the small side for 3 but we appreciated the option of having the (stretcher style) single bed without needing to book another room to make things more affordable in what is quite an expensive area.

Very helpful staff with great communication! We emailed them the night before that we would arrive earlier than expected and requested early check-in, which was provided upon arrival. A lot of information in terms of things to do in the area and we managed to book a tour through the hotel as well. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with daily cleaning and staff asking for anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable.

Exceptional service, very clean and close proximity to major tourist sites.Management and staff were always willing to meet any needs. Housekeeping was always prompt, efficient and willing to go the extra mile.

Loved staying here, the location was great. Everything just a few steps away. The staff was amazing, so helpful and accommodating. They were able to store our luggage for us while we were going to another country and book a room last minute. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here the next time I visit Istanbul.

The hotel is amazingly located, mere steps from Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and several other attractions in Sultanahmet. The room was quite clean, staff was lovely and the breakfast was plentiful.
